Welcome to

A new approach to learning conceptual physics

It is the scope of this book to unveil the magic surrounding today's technology by taking you through the intricate and fascinating path leading from the bewildering technological marvels to the basic physical principles underlying their existence. And along the way we will attempt to peek into the secrets of human ingenuity that produced the thoughts that made all these marvels come to life.

After all we must agree with Albert Einstein that “The most beautiful thing that we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science”

In this journey we will learn how we learn about the world around us in Balance, Benefit and Doubt; we will walk through the magic of crystals and the secrets of the spider web’s strength in The Nature of Things; we will revisit human fascination with the beauty of light, color, and music in Symphony of Light and Sound; and we will have a glimpse on how we talk to each other and the heavens in Bridges over Space and Time. Then we will return to earth to fly and play in The Ultimate Ride. We will conclude with a peak into the limits of human imagination in The Future is Here.
